• CHECKING IN WITH YOUR CHAKRAS •

This morning I’ve spend a few moments checking in with my solar plexus…and this is how I do it 💛

Before I get out of bed, I try to lay still for a few more minutes and focus on this particular chakra…and then I wait attentive for any thoughts that come up or anything I might feel in my body in that moment.

If you feel nothing and content then get up switch some music on and enjoy a little wiggle whilst listening to your favourite songs! I do this with my son Leo (2.5 yrs) and our cockapoo Miguel…it’s really good for bonding ✨💛🌸🙏🏻

If you felt anything negative, sad etc then get up and do the same!! Music and dancing will make you feel so much better and help balance this chakra…anything you can do to get your energy moving is what will do the trick 👌🏻😀 including exercise or adventurous outdoor activities.

What are you doing today?

Today I’ll incorporate some form of exercise to my day, not sure what it will be, but I’ll share it with you later💛
