• SOLAR PLEXUS BLOCKAGE – THE PHYSICAL SIGNS •

Hey Sweetheart! 👋🏻

This week I am concentrating on my solar plexus and so I am creating content based on my experiences and a little more information about each chakra 🧘🏻‍♀️ and here we go, with the physical signs of a Solar Plexus Imbalance:

The physical signs of an imbalance are digestive and intestinal concerns (eg. ulcers, irritable bowel syndrome), nutrient absorption and metabolism issues, using food for comfort (eg. Eating disorders), diabetics, problems with the liver, pancreas and colon.

If you are experiencing any of the above, please visit your GP, to get additional help with the symptoms but I believe the cause of these symptoms is chakra related. –

A quick remedy for me and something effective that you can do in addition to what you get from your doctor or even if you don’t have any of the symptoms but want to make sure this chakra is balanced, is spending some regular time in Child’s pose and there are a few other things you can do as well, which I will share with you over the next couple of days 💛

This is how I start my “little ritual”;

I start by creating a calm atmosphere…to me this is listening to binaural beats (look for one that promotes solar plexus healing) I light some incense sticks and dim the light in the room and then I spend some time in child’s pose 👌🏻🙂 and this is how:

1. Put a soft blanket or cushion under your knees.

2. Kneel down, sitting on your heels.

3. Move your hips so they are hip width apart.

4. Lean down so that your tummy is between your thighs.

Tip: Make yourself as comfortable as possible by placing alternatively another blanket between the back of your knees and your sit bones.

As you inhale, imagine breathing in yellow light. Feel the breath reaching the area around your navel and as you exhale, feel the breath flood through your torso, creating calmness as it moves.

Not only is this position very very soothing, it is also one of the easiest solar plexus healing yoga positions for me 💛

• SACRAL CHAKRA BLOCKAGES – THE PHYSICAL SIGNS •

Physical signs of a Sacral Chakra Imbalance:

Lower back problems and pain, issues with reproductive organs (eg. Ovarian cysts), urinary tract problems (eg. Infections)

If you suffer from the above I would always recommend seeing your GP to get additional help with the symptoms but I believe the cause of these symptoms is chakra related.

A quick remedy for me and what I love doing to keep this chakra balanced is spending time by the ocean, a lake or river…taking walks by the water or going swimming….I love how weightless my body feels when swimming…😂👌🏻

Alternatively I love floating with my eyes closed in still water…this can be in a bath also and to balance this chakra I visualise breathing in orange light which goes all the way down to the Sacral Chakra (the area under my naval, including my pubic bone and pelvic muscle) 👍🏻 until I can feel it vibrate (tingling) this exercise makes me feel so good 🌸 please note, don’t worry if you don’t feel it…I don’t always feel it tingle but know, that it works even if you don’t feel it 🧡

• ROOT CHAKRA BALANCING – THE PHYSICAL SIGNS OF BLOCKAGES •

Physical signs of a Root Chakra Imbalance:

Fluctuating weight, colon issues (e.g. constipation), bladder problems (e.g. infections or incontinence)

If you suffer from the above I would always recommend seeing your GP to get something from the pharmacy to cope with the symptoms but I believe the cause of these symptoms are chakra related.

A quick remedy for me and what I love doing to keep my Root Chakra balanced is gardening and looking after my house plants…

I also love feeling the grass under my feet so I even take my shoes off for a bit too, unless it’s snowing 😂👌🏻

Alternatively I love to visit local gardens and parks but there are many more things you can do to balance your Root Chakra which I’ll share with you in the near future. ❤️😘
