• CHECKING IN WITH YOUR CHAKRAS •

This morning I’ve spend a few moments checking in with my solar plexus…and this is how I do it 💛

Before I get out of bed, I try to lay still for a few more minutes and focus on this particular chakra…and then I wait attentive for any thoughts that come up or anything I might feel in my body in that moment.

If you feel nothing and content then get up switch some music on and enjoy a little wiggle whilst listening to your favourite songs! I do this with my son Leo (2.5 yrs) and our cockapoo Miguel…it’s really good for bonding ✨💛🌸🙏🏻

If you felt anything negative, sad etc then get up and do the same!! Music and dancing will make you feel so much better and help balance this chakra…anything you can do to get your energy moving is what will do the trick 👌🏻😀 including exercise or adventurous outdoor activities.

Today I’ll incorporate some form of exercise to my day, not sure what it will be, but I’ll share it with you later💛

• USING CRYSTALS OR STONES FOR SOLAR PLEXUS BALANCING •

This morning I have been holding my citrine crystal mineral stone during my meditation. It’s a good one to balance the Solar Plexus Chakra but Golden calcite & tigers eye can also be used to heal/balance this Chakra.

When I worked on the Root chakra ,a few weeks ago, I held my crystal in my left hand during meditation and visualised how it’s light came in through my hand. This morning I laid down and placed my citrine mineral stone on my Solar plexus Chakra (between navel and heart).

I start meditating by playing binaural beats for solar plexus chakra balancing…using headphones is always best.

When I’m ready I close my eyes and start focusing on my breath being long and slow.

After a few moments I start to imagine, that my citrine mineral stone is glowing and is soaking the entire area underneath my crystal in yellow light…I love when I feel a tingle, it makes it so much easier to visualise my sacral chakra spinning in circles.

I then sit in this for a few minutes and when I feel I’m ready, I start saying my solar plexus chakra affirmations in my head (those that I remember 😅) here are a few for inspiration:

• I am worthy

• I am confident

• I love and accept myself

• I choose healthy relationships

• I seek opportunities for personal and spiritual growth

• I am entirely comfortable being in my power

• I am positive

• I release judgement of others

• I accomplish tasks easily and effortlessly • The fire within me burns through all blocks and fears

• I am free from the need to control everything in my life

• I have high self-esteem

• I am motivated to get things done

• I am deserving

• I am open to new ways of doing things

• I embody confidence and inner peace

• I set boundaries with ease as an act of self-care and self-respect

When I feel I’m done, I slowly come back by wiggling toes and fingers and open my eyes.

After this short meditation is a perfect moment to lay some tarot or oracle cards for guidance…I find I can fully connect with my cards and have a very powerful reading after a short meditation 🧘🏻‍♀️👌

• SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA BALANCING THROUGH MEDITATION •

Good morning sweetheart 👋🏻☀️

This week I am concentrating on healing my Solar Plexus Chakra and one of the most important parts to me, is Chakra Balancing through Meditation 🧘🏻‍♀️

I try to meditate every day for 30-40min, when my son has his siesta, which is also part of my tarot & tea time, where I lay tarot cards for others 👌🏻

I also listen to binaural beats during the night, when I sleep…my search term on YouTube or any other platform for music is: “Binaural beats Plexus Chakra Healing” & “Binaural Beats for Solar Plexus Chakra to listen to whilst asleep”

In my own meditation for solar plexus balancing I focus on breathing in white light and how the white light fills my solar plexus, which then turns yellow and starts spinning/vibrating until it fills my whole body through its vibration with yellow light.

I do this when I shower or when I have a spare moment in the day (even if it’s just for a minute) it really works and is so easy to do👌🏻👌🏻🧡

When I first started meditating a few years back, I found it hard to be present and not think about anything… but practice makes perfect (I’m still practicing) and even if you manage to meditate properly for 1-2 minutes then that’s a huge achievement 👍🏻 what works for me is concentrating on my breathing when my mind starts to go for a wander, I acknowledge the thought and write it down afterwards (I actually find it interesting, what I come up with during meditation, it can be very healing) and then I think about my breathing, how my chest & tummy lifts up and down, how fresh the air feels in my lungs and I also try to focus on how my body feels…and of course, I listen to the guidance on the meditation itself.

• SACRAL CHAKRA BALANCING WITH CRYSTALS •

It’s a good one to balance the Sacral Chakra but Golden and Yellow CItrine, Orange Carnelian, Gold/brown Tigers Eye or Spessartine Garnet can also be used for Sacral Chakra Healing/Balancing.

I think guided meditations are a very personal thing, as you may not connect or like the same voice I like but if you search for the above terms you get to the right place and are able to select one that you like the sound of that helps balance/heal your Sacral Chakra.

When I first started meditating a few years back I found it hard to be present and not think about anything… but practice makes perfect (I’m still practicing) and even if you manage to meditate properly for 1-2 minutes then that’s a huge achievement 👍🏻
