Hey lovely…and here it is! My take on sacral chakra balancing with cards…Tarot or Oracle cards are so so insightful to me and using cards in difficult situations combined with my own intuition has helped me so so much over the years.

This is such an effective way for you to get to know yourself, as working on this chakra will show suppressed emotions and feelings of guilt and shame that you carry in you unconsciously…a balanced sacral chakra improves creativity, sexuality and it’s all about creating joy, happiness and loving relationships.

• SACRAL CHAKRA BALANCING WITH CRYSTALS •

Hiya!!! This morning I have been holding my orange calcite mineral stone during my meditation.

It’s a good one to balance the Sacral Chakra but Golden and Yellow CItrine, Orange Carnelian, Gold/brown Tigers Eye or Spessartine Garnet can also be used for Sacral Chakra Healing/Balancing.

When I worked on the Root chakra, a few weeks ago, I held my crystal in my left hand during meditation and visualised how it’s light came in through my hand.

This morning I laid down and placed my orange calcite on my Sacral Chakra (between navel and pubic bone).

I listen to binaural beats for sacral chakra balancing…using headphones is always best.

When I’m ready I close my eyes and start focusing on my breath being long and slow.

After a few moments I start to imagine, that my orange calcite is glowing and is soaking the entire area underneath my crystal in orange light…I love when I feel a tingle, it makes it so much easier to visualise my sacral chakra spinning in circles.

I then sit in this for a few minutes and when I feel I’m ready, I start saying my sacral chakra affirmations in my head (those that I remember 😅) here are a few for inspiration:

• I am alive, connected and aware

• I embrace pleasure and abundance

• I feel complete peace from within

• I am free from any emotional connection to self-medicate with food

• I create healthy boundaries in my relationships

• I embrace the unfolding flow of change

• My sexuality is vibrant

• I am a sacred being, am worthy of love and desirable to others

• It is my birthright to receive pleasure and have my needs met

• Relationships are a joy

• I attract like-minded people who support and love me

• Sex is a sacred connection

• I am radiant, beautiful and strong and enjoy a healthy and passionate life. I am in touch with my feelings.

When I feel I’m done, I slowly come back by wiggling toes and fingers and open my eyes.

After this short meditation is a perfect moment to lay some tarot or oracle cards for guidance…I find I can fully connect with my cards and have a very powerful reading after a short meditation 🧘🏻‍♀️👌🏻

• SACRAL CHAKRA BALANCING WITH ESSENTIAL OILS •

Hey Sweetheart, I have always had a great interest in aromatherapy and love how the smell of candles and essential oils affect my general well-being. It’s also quite impressive how essential oils have the ability to uplift any room they are used in! Just like magic ❤️🌸🙌🏻

And due to having this effect they can also be used to balance chakras, here are the scents to go for, when you want to balance your Sacral Chakra:

Cardamon, Orange, Patchuli, Rose, Sandalwood, Yang Ylang, 🧡👌🏻

• SACRAL CHAKRA BALANCING THROUGH MEDITATION •

This week I am concentrating on healing my Sacral Chakra and one of the most important parts to me is Chakra Balancing through Meditation 🧘🏻‍♀️

I try to meditate every day for 30-40min when my son has his siesta & I listen to binaural beats during the night when I sleep…my search term on YouTube or any other platform for music is: “Sacral Chakra Healing Meditation” & “Sleep Meditation Music for Sacral Chakra”

I think guided meditations are a very personal thing, as you may not connect or like the same voice I like but if you search for the above terms you get to the right place and are able to select one that you like the sound of that helps balance/heal your Sacral Chakra.

When I first started meditating a few years back I found it hard to be present and not think about anything… but practice makes perfect (I’m still practicing) and even if you manage to meditate properly for 1-2 minutes then that’s a huge achievement 👍🏻

What works for me is concentrating on my breathing when my mind starts to go for a wander, I acknowledge the thought (I actually find it interesting what I come up with during meditation, it can be very healing 😅) and then I think about my breathing, how my chest & tummy lifts up and down, how fresh the air feels in my lungs and I also try to focus on how my body feels…and of course I listen to the guidance on the meditation itself.

• SACRAL CHAKRA BALANCING WITH AFFIRMATIONS •

I couldn’t recommend using positive affirmations for any area of your life enough 👌🏻 reading/saying affirmations as often as possible throughout the day is what needs to be done but I feel you can’t go wrong with how much/often you are able to use Affirmations, anything you can do is going to help❤️

Sometimes before going to bed or when I get dressed for the day I like switching on some self-love affirmations on YouTube 👍🏻 it’s magical, but this week I will work with the below affirmations daily, to concentrate on my Sacral Chakra 🙏🏻🧡

As I read these, I try to really believe each line and am mindful of how each affirmation makes me feel. It’s a good & quick way to check on your Sacral Chakra and see if there are blockages.

Here are a few Affirmations for you, that will raise the vibration of your sacral chakra:

• My emotions are balanced

• I am alive, connected and aware

• I embrace pleasure and abundance

• I follow where inspiration leads

• I feel complete peace from within

• I am free from any emotional connection to self-medicate with food

• I surrender to this moment

• Sex is a sacred connection

• I allow nurturance and comfort

• I am radiant, beautiful and strong and enjoy a healthy and passionate life.

• I am in touch with my feelings.

• SACRAL CHAKRA BALANCING WITH THE HELP OF COLOUR •

🔸🔶🧡🍊🍑✴️🔶🔸

The typical colour used to represent the Sacral Chakra is a warm orange colour and the more you see it the more you balance it 👌🏻

I have recently purchased a few new orange clothes that I’ll be wearing more frequently now to balance my Sacral Chakra 🙂

Another chakra balancing thing I love, love, love doing is having a relaxing shower visualising the colour orange🚿 also called a meditative shower.

For my sacral chakra, I close my eyes and in my minds eye I visualise, that the water that is coming out of the shower-head is orange and as it pours down, it washes through my head draining it in a warm orange colour, and it slowly expands down until reaching and filling my sacral chakra in the hip region of my body…once there I imagine a spinning orange energetic disc in that area and as it spins it fills the rest of my body (legs & arms) with that orange colour and this is when I sit in that imagination and relax for a few more moments. This is so so lovely!! …and to make it a 360 experience, I love listening to binaural beats music at the same time (there are some sacral chakra related ones) 👌🏻 total bliss 😍

• SACRAL CHAKRA BLOCKAGES – THE EMOTIONAL SIGNS •

Heya! Today I’m looking at the emotional signs of a Sacral Chakra Imbalance:

Lack of inspiration and creativity, inability to express emotions, addictive behaviour, feeling fragile and/or unappealing, asthma and allergies, depression, eating disorders, abuse of alcohol and drugs.

If you experience any of the above, please see a GP or councillor to help with these symptoms but I believe the cause of these are related to blockages in your second chakra, the Sacral Chakra.

Whenever I want to feel more creative I try to do something that pleases me…because Love and creativity are intertwined.

A hobby, such as playing an instrument, singing or running/walking by the ocean is what does it to me…I also love watching the waves hit my toes and visualise how each wave makes my Sacral Chakra Spin…🧡🧡🧡 👌🏻

• SACRAL CHAKRA BLOCKAGES – THE PHYSICAL SIGNS •

Physical signs of a Sacral Chakra Imbalance:

Lower back problems and pain, issues with reproductive organs (eg. Ovarian cysts), urinary tract problems (eg. Infections)

If you suffer from the above I would always recommend seeing your GP to get additional help with the symptoms but I believe the cause of these symptoms is chakra related.

A quick remedy for me and what I love doing to keep this chakra balanced is spending time by the ocean, a lake or river…taking walks by the water or going swimming….I love how weightless my body feels when swimming…😂👌🏻

Alternatively I love floating with my eyes closed in still water…this can be in a bath also and to balance this chakra I visualise breathing in orange light which goes all the way down to the Sacral Chakra (the area under my naval, including my pubic bone and pelvic muscle) 👍🏻 until I can feel it vibrate (tingling) this exercise makes me feel so good 🌸 please note, don’t worry if you don’t feel it…I don’t always feel it tingle but know, that it works even if you don’t feel it 🧡

• SACRAL CHAKRA LOCATION AND MORE •

Hey my lovely, after a little break in my chakra healing journey, I am now focussing on my Sacral Chakra next…and as you see on the picture, I am not alone… 😅

Having the company of my Apricot Coloured Cockapoo Miguel, whilst focusing on the Sacral Chakra which is also associated with orange/apricot colour, couldn’t be more perfect 👌🏻

This second chakra is also called Svadhisthana (in Sanskrit) and is located in the hip region, including your pubic bone and pelvis area.

The Sacral Chakras category is “MATTER”. It is linked with water and provides even flow, flexibility and excitement in life. –

It’s functions: The sense of pleasure – including sexuality, reproduction, imagination and connection with your creative self.

When this chakra is open and flowing, you will feel attractive, inspired and powerful 🧡
